These Terms & Agreements ("Terms") govern your use of the Safar On Holidays website and services. By booking a trip, requesting visa assistance, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Safar On Holidays provides travel planning, tour packages, visa consultation and filing support, flight and hotel bookings, and related travel services. Details, inclusions, and pricing for each service are confirmed in writing before you make a payment.

2. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed deposit or full payment and issue a written confirmation.
• Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or supplier revisions until fully paid.
• Service fees are separate from third-party charges such as embassy, VFS, airline, or hotel fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Applicable charges depend on the supplier's policy and how close the cancellation is to the travel date.
• Service fees for visa assistance and trip planning are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed after we receive the corresponding refund from suppliers.

4. Visa Assistance Disclaimer

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. Safar On Holidays provides consultation and filing support only and cannot guarantee the outcome, processing time, or issuance of any visa. Government and third-party fees are non-refundable regardless of the decision.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information and valid travel documents, including a passport with sufficient validity.
• You must comply with the entry, health, and visa requirements of your destination and transit countries.
• We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.

6. Liability

Safar On Holidays acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers. We are not liable for losses, delays, injuries, or damages caused by suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the revised date.
